Clinic Hours : 8 am–8 pm (Mon–Fri), 8 am–4 pm (Sat–Sun) Shifts : 8–12 hours Full-Time Range : 28–40 hours / week Licensure : You must hold a current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where this job will be performed. If you do not currently hold a license, you must be in the process of obtaining one. Education : A Master's degree is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Certification : Must be BC by the AANP or ANCC. CPR Certification : You must have current CPR certification, or be willing to obtain it prior to your start date. DOT Certification : You need to have DOT certification, or be able to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.

- Direct Mentorship with Our Clinical Educator — During orientation, you’ll work side-by-side with our clinical educator, evaluating patients together while becoming familiar with our policies, procedures, workflows, and EMR systems.
- Full-Scope Clinical Training with realistic scenarios covering everything from URIs and UTIs to running codes, suturing, incision and drainage, EKGs, splinting, and advanced wound management.
- Orthopedic Mastery Training using advanced simulation mannequins to practice joint reductions (shoulders, elbows), ACL injury assessments, dislocation management, and more.
- Collaborative Team Drills with clinical staff to ensure you’re prepared for seamless patient care in real-world urgent care settings.
- Ongoing Education & Conferences hosted regularly—because staying sharp is part of the job.
