Job description

Springfield Clinic , one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices, is looking for a BC / BE Breast Surgeon to join its practice in Springfield Illinois.

Practice Information :

  • Practice in Springfield, Illinois and local outreach communities
  • Competitive Associate base salary guarantee of $400K - $450K (commensurate with experience) plus signing bonus, relocation assistance and salary advance option
  • 2 Year Path to Partnership
  • Incoming physician will be immediately busy due relocation of prior surgeon

Experienced nurse navigator and advanced practitioner within practice

  • Current surgeon is operating three (3) days a week

    • Operate at two (2) Level 1 Trauma hospitals and Springfield Clinics physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center with dedicated block time

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with other Springfield Clinic departments, including Hematology / Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Radiology
  • Ability to participate in clinical trials
  • 24-Hour Tele-Nurse Service
