Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on Payroll
Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations
Required Qualifications :
Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, focusing on Payroll implementations
Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements
Experience in training delivery and user support
