About the Role

Upslope Advisors, an 8(a) certified consulting and professional services firm , is seeking a Storage Administrator / Data Transfer Officer (DTO) to join our team supporting NGAs 24 / 7 Intel dissemination mission. This is an urgent, immediate-hire need ideal for cleared professionals ready to step in and contribute right away.

The Storage Administrator / DTO will ensure timely, secure, and accurate data replication and cross-domain transfers across multiple classified networks, enabling mission-critical intelligence dissemination to Agency and coalition partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data replication, transfer, and dissemination across domains (including SIPR, BICES, and Gateway networks).
• Ensure metadata, indexes, and supporting content are updated for each transfer.
• Conduct quality assurance on all transferred content (text, images, metadata, HTML tags).
• Serve as final human reviewer for items released to target networks.
• Track transfer metrics and generate ad hoc data reports.
• Coordinate with international liaisons and provide Continuity of Operations (COOP) support.
• Support 24 / 7 dissemination requirements with shift-based coverage .

Qualifications

Web / HTML concepts (markup languages, metadata, content validation).
