Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,250 - $2,410 Key Job Details – Arkansas Nursing Jobs Location : Little Rock, AR 72202 Healthcare Setting : CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Oct 6, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026) Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights Hours per Week : 36 Employment Type : Locum tenens, Travel RN Schedule : Manager / scheduler driven; includes every other weekend and holiday shifts RN Qualifications – CVOR & CVICU Nursing Jobs Active Arkansas or Compact Registered Nurse License Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year pediatric cardiovascular and 1 year adult cardiovascular, or 2 years combined pediatric / adult CV experience At least 1 prior travel nurse assignment Required certifications : ACLS, PALS, BLS (must be current prior to start) Experience with EPIC EMR Must pass nicotine and fit tests (no facial hair unless for religious reasons) FLU vaccine required (no exemptions) ECMO experience preferred Ability to work holidays (Christmas Eve / Day, New Year's Eve / Day) Registered Nurse Responsibilities – Cardiovascular Operating Room Deliver expert nursing care in a 30-bed CVICU, treating neonatal to adult patients with congenital heart defects, heart failure, cardiac transplant, dysrhythmias, and more Float within the ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, Burn PICU) as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including intensivists, CNAs / PCTs, and code team Follow strict unit policies, including medication management and narcotic waste protocols Operate advanced clinical equipment : Pyxis, GE monitors, Servo ventilators, ECMO Participate in 2-3 days of orientation and specialty testing Support patient education and schooling needs with Child Life & Education specialists Apply now to join our healthcare team in Little Rock, Arkansas and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
