Job descriptionTranslate complex technical information into clear and understandable documentation for non-technical audiences Produce various types of documents including user guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary information for documentation Organize ideas and concepts effectively to create concise and informative content Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities High School Diploma Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Strong command of the English language, both oral and written Ability to self-manage work assignments and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in English, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related field Proficient in PHP and .NET Experience with creating workflows using Lucidchart Familiarity with best practices for code development and technical architecture High working-level computer literacy in authoring tools and information mapping
