Responsibilities :
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clientsManage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processesConduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clientsDevelop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisorReview and analyze financial statements for tax implicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirementsStay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulationsLead and mentor a team of tax professionalsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax departmentStrong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirementsExpertise in tax planning strategies for private equity and corporate clientsProven experience in managing complex tax compliance projectsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressureSkills :
