Job Summary :

The Operations Director will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production of custom digital orthodontic solutions. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Operations Director will play a critical role in supporting our Client's mission to revolutionize orthodontic practices .

Responsibilities :

• Manufacturing Oversight : Manage and optimize the manufacturing of custom fixed appliances using 3D modeling and indirect bonding techniques.
• Efficiency Improvement : Implement strategies to reduce overall treatment time and the number of appointments needed, contributing to the reported 41% reduction in treatment time and 45% reduction in appointments.
• Quality Control : Ensure all products meet high standards for precision and customization.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Process Optimization : Streamline manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Financial Management : Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including R&D, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.
• Technology Integration : Stay current with the latest manufacturing technologies and implement them as appropriate to improve capabilities.
