As a Security Professional - Logistics Access Control Patrol in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, managing access points, and remaining visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the facility and surrounding areas.Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns.Document and report all security-related activities, incidents, and irregularities as required by site procedures.Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management.Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter potential security-related issues and promote a secure environment.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
