Probate Attorney

Trueline is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Litigation Attorney, you'll independently handle your own caseload-drafting motions, overseeing discovery, and advocating for clients-while collaborating with supportive attorneys and paralegals.

Must Haves as the Litigation Attorney :

• Active Arizona Bar membership.
• Proven or emerging skills in Title 14 litigation-covering trusts, probate, guardianship and conservatorship under Arizona law
• Excellent client communication skills-keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, able to stay organized amid shifting deadlines.
• Tech savvy, comfortable picking up new legal tools to boost efficiency.
• Self starter mindset with a commitment to long term growth and legacy-building.
