POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides direction, instruction, and guidance to larger groups of employees in a functional sub-role, focused on achieving a common goal on a large scale, to include supervising crews, working with clients, architects, engineers, and coordinating with internal as well as external resources.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee has constant exposure to an outdoor environment. They will be working at heights at times. They will have constant exposure to moderate noise. They must frequently stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee has constant use of both hands / fingers to grasp, pinch, pull, feel, or handle and manipulate parts and tools. They must constantly reach with both hands and arms; use both hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material. The employee will have frequent repetitive motions. The employee must frequently lift and / or move objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. The employee has constant requirement of specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. They must constantly wear eye and ear protection while on the jobsite and in other designated areas. Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the company.
