Job Title : Workato Engineer

Overview : We are seeking a skilled Workato Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Workato Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations using the Workato platform to streamline business processes and enhance data connectivity across various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and implement integrations using the Workato platform to connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

3. Configure and customize Workato connectors, recipes, and workflows to automate business processes and data flows.

4. Develop custom scripts, formulas, and logic within Workato to address complex integration scenarios and business requirements.

5. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Workato integrations to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

6. Monitor integration performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

7. Document integration designs, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

8. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end-users on Workato integration-related matters.

9. Stay current with Workato platform updates, new features, and industry trends to optimize integration solutions.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

years of experience working with integration platforms, with a focus on Workato.

Strong proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Workato connectors, recipes, and workflows.

Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).

Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and SQL for data manipulation and transformation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Workato certification(s) is a plus.

Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is beneficial
