Chief Development Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for Development, Planning, and Engineering functions

Oversee acquisition, development, and redevelopment of new sites, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution

Supervise the overall development process, including site selection, permitting, and construction management

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of real estate development and project management experience

Proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects on time and within budget

Education and / or extensive experience in construction, design, or engineering preferred

Working knowledge of architectural plans and construction costs

Able to manage multiple complex projects with overlapping deadlines
