Advanced Clinical Nursing Professional
The successful candidate will provide expert nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include addressing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects, and documenting patient history and care provided.
Additional duties may include assessing learning needs, providing education to patients and family members, identifying issues and resources, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
BLS required
RN License in state of employment or compact
Work Arrangement
Per Diem As Needed
Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules as needed.
