Job description

Lease Account Manager – Business Development (Trucking Industry)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the trucking industry? We are seeking a Lease Account Manager – Business Development to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing new leasing opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the truck leasing portfolio

Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including owner-operators and fleet managers

Negotiate lease agreements and pricing structures to meet customer needs

Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution and customer support

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Qualifications :

Proven experience in truck leasing, transportation sales, or business development

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of leasing agreements, financing options, and trucking regulations

Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
