A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain user-friendly documentation for software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy
Make complex technical information accessible to users
Required Qualifications
Experience in creating and maintaining end-user technical documentation
Ability to understand technical concepts from various sources
Quick learner of new technologies
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, WordPress, Jira, GitHub, HTML, and CSS is a plus
