Job descriptionA Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and great communication skills You have at least one year of experience in a veterinary setting Confident in blood draws and client communication Self-sufficient but also a true team player Physically able to handle a fast-paced day (on your feet for 4–5 hours at a time) Focused and Reliable Drawing blood from cats and dogs like a pro (must-have skill!) Giving vaccines to cats and dogs (must-have skill!) Providing compassionate, clear communication with clients Supporting our DVMs in exams, treatments, and procedures Keeping the hospital flowing smoothly with teamwork and initiative Business hours are : Tuesday = 8 : 00am - 7 : 00pm We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits—flexibility matters here Pet care discounts to keep your own animals healthy Health, dental, vision, and 24 / 7 mental health support Generous PTO, paid holidays, and paid parental leave Free RACE-approved CE platform with VA and tech-specific content 401K with employer match
