Customer Service Representative
Qualifications : Communication skills, problem solving skills, working independently and with a team, high school diploma (or GED equivalent), employer does background checks, must have availability during hours of operation, preferred 6 months-1 year of relevant work experience.
The primary function of the role is to be the first point of contact for clients and deliver professional and quality customer service. This could include dealing with customers, clients, or third-party contacts and complaints.
