Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,286 per week

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• May be required to float to Medical-Surgical or Emergency Department (for 1 : 1 assignments)
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1 : 2-3 depending on acuity
• 4-bed ICU unit with no charge nurse - Emergency Department manages ICU operations
• Care for patients with DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac conditions, medical detox patients
• Required to titrate drips typical to ICU settings
• Manage arterial lines and central venous pressure monitoring
• Work with respiratory equipment ranging from nasal cannula to ventilators
• Required to read and interpret telemetry strips independently
• No nursing assistants or patient care technicians on unit
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC / TCAR or trauma patient care experience
• Must pass fit testing requirements - facial hair restrictions apply
• Navy scrubs required
• 3 twelve-hour orientation shifts provided
• Charting system : Meditech
• BSN not required
