Job description

HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role will partner closely with leadership to anticipate workforce needs, develop high-impact people solutions, and ensure a strong, inclusive culture that drives business results. This position will balance vision with hands-on execution, enabling teams to achieve their goals while fostering employee growth and retention.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties Include But Are Not Limited To The Following :

  • Partner with assigned agencies to develop and execute people strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Perform as subject matter expert and escalation resource for employee relations, benefits, workers compensation, leaves and new hire orientation.
  • Ensure HR matters are handled consistently within federal and multi-state regulations, and company policy.
  • Serve as primary HR contact for assigned region, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, compliance, best practices, and talent management.
  • Guide leaders through employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, fairness, and consistency.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure progress.
  • Support leadership in building high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and select top talent.
  • Lead engagement survey initiatives, translating survey results into actionable plans.
  • Facilitate succession management, ensuring leaders have clear plans in place to develop and retain critical talent
  • Partner with Service Center HR leaders to drive change management efforts related to technology implementations, process changes, organizational restructuring, and companywide people initiatives.
  • Use HR systems (Workday) and technology to enhance the employee experience and employer brand.
  • Travel to agencies may be required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2 and all other policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Other appropriate tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements For The Position :

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or commensurate experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge required; home healthcare preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships in an ambiguous and fast paced environment while maintaining focus on execution and results.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS system (Workday).
  • Must be able to extract and understand information from multiple segregated data sites.
  • Detail focused and ability to set appropriate priorities amongst multiple competing demands.
  • The ability to support an environment that has multiple shifts and significant staffing ramps to support growth in current, and future, geographic locations.
  • Experience with Workday and HCHB strongly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

  • Excellent writing skills as well as superb interpersonal and verbal communication skills; a master at presenting information, ideas, and employment information is critical.

  • Ability to effectively operate as a tactical as well as a strategic thinker.
  • Proficient at analyzing information and dealing with complexity.
  • Quickly and effectively identify and resolve problematic situations.
  • Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation : $80,000- $100,000 Based on experience
