About the Role :

As a Transportation Support Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient product deliveries to stores. You'll support the transportation team by managing logistics details, coordinating with vendors and carriers, and using our TMS system to keep operations on track. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, you'll be part of a team dedicated to service, precision, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with vendors and customers to route and schedule shipments
  • Use inbound TMS system to bid, dispatch, and track carrier performance
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy
  • Field inquiries from stores, vendors, and buyers via phone and email
  • Assist with driver scheduling, routing, and reporting
  • Provide general support to the Transportation Manager and team
  • Take on additional duties as needed

What You Bring :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a transportation support role (preferably in retail or distribution)
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • A self-starter with a collaborative attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and stakeholders
