We're seeking an experienced Controller to take a leadership role in managing the financial operations of a growing business. This individual will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while also handling all tax preparation and planning for the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA or experienced accounting professional who enjoys both high-level financial management and hands-on tax work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns for the business
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and produce accurate financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners as needed
