Lead Driver IND Location

SkyHop Global, one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews, is seeking a Lead Driver for our IND location. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, coordinate, and schedule a fleet of drivers based on airline schedules.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and team-building for drivers.
• Assist the Station Manager in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and mentoring drivers.
• Oversee daily fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
• Conduct safety audits and lead regular safety meetings.
• Safely transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe, courteous manner.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with airport ground transportation personnel.
