Senior Marketing Specialist- Solutions Team

TransPerfect's Marketing & Communications team is looking for a full time Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Solutions Marketing Team, responsible for market research, go-to-market strategies, digital marketing, and performance marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role, and a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

Primary responsibilities include :

Market Research & Analysis

• Become an expert in our offerings and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, pain points, and opportunities.
• Analyze competitors to refine positioning and identify market gaps.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
