What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Account Manager?

• Initiate structured outreach to business clients in Emeryville, introducing AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled service options.
• Align service proposals with client goals through consultative selling and tailored product briefings.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract execution and service activation.
• Maintain precise CRM records of account status, pipeline activity, and client interactions to support campaign forecasting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and long-term account satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and follow up to support renewals, service upgrades, and retention initiatives.
