Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CVOR Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 17 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Highlights Facility : UW Health – University Hospital Location : Madison, WI Specialty : CVOR Tech Start Date : 12 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 17 weeks (possible extension up to 26 weeks) Shift : Nights, 3×12hr (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Call : None Unit : Cardiac / Transplant / Trauma OR Requirements 2 years of scrub tech experience (required) Trauma Level I experience (required) Experience in complex cardiac, transplant (kidney / liver), endovascular, laparoscopic & trauma cases BLS (AHA only) CST preferred Experience in Level I or similar high-acuity hospitals Must live 50 miles from facility Must have license in hand at submission References NOT required (UW Health excludes them from profile) Skills They’re Prioritizing CABG, valves, TAVR, EVAR / TEVAR Vascular procedures (AAA repair, bypasses, carotid, fistulas, stents) Trauma : GSWs, MVAs, amputations Transplants : kidney & liver (hard stop requirement) Robotics (Da Vinci Xi / Si) Endoscopic procedures & general surgery Experience with complex instrumentation & high-level disinfectant Compliance Notes (Important) RTO reviewed individually; generally not more than 2 weeks Must pass telemetry exam (strict requirements, 2 attempts) Must complete onboarding quickly due to orientation scheduling Locals not accepted Facility UW Health – University Hospital 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792 Magnet designated; ranked 1 hospital in Wisconsin K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
