Invoicing Specialist

Our client is looking for a temporary Invoicing Specialist. They need someone to start immediately. The company has a positive and supportive culture. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Manage traffic invoices.
  
• Handle invoices related to truckers, shipping lines, and broker services.
  
• Ensure rate accuracy and meticulous input.
  
• Follow up on charges as per contractual agreements.
  
• Code invoices into the ledger system.
  
• Scan relevant documents into the system (ERP SAP).
  

Qualifications:

• Associate/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  
• Industry experience in logistics is highly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with trucking operations and invoicing practices.
  
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while interacting with diverse personalities (truckers).
  
• Pay attention to detail, especially regarding truckers' billing practices.
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively address discrepancies.
  
• Comfortable working in a desk-based role.
