Hours Per Week : 24 hr / wk

Schedule : Evenings

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $4500

SUMMARY : As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized patient care in partnership with our nursing team. Your proactive approach and commitment to patient welfare will contribute significantly to the success of our healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with daily activities according to individualized care plans, including transport to activities and providing emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety : Collaborate in maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Engage with families, directing them to appropriate staff, and respond to resident needs promptly. Document and report patient status to team members effectively.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Requires exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally; 10 to 25 pounds frequently; and up to 10 pounds constantly. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is required.
