We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Assist in managing client accounts and daily communications.

Support senior representatives with account planning and strategy.

Analyze account performance and prepare reports to support business goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
