POSITION SUMMARY :

The Retail Team Member is responsible for providing great customer service in our merchandise and pro shop area. This position helps create lasting memories of the tournament and event experience at Cyclone Ballparks. Individuals are expected to maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor with everyone.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE FOLLOWING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Proper use of point-of-sale software
• All opening and / or closing duties
• Ability to use a heat press to imprint logos and designs on apparel in an efficient manner
• Ability to take orders for custom apparel
• Ability to perform and document merchandise inventory
• Maintain organized displays and desk area
• Perform basic mathematical computations
• Balance drawer and manage daily income
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
• Additional tasks assigned by management
