Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Vege Labs LLC, a trusted manufacturer of personal care, cosmetic, and botanical extract products, is looking for an experienced Regulatory Specialist to join our Quality Control team in Glendale, CA.

In this key role, you’ll lead and support regulatory affairs initiatives that help ensure our products meet all FDA, Health Canada, and international compliance standards—from concept through market launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production to bring safe, high-quality, and innovative products to consumers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support regulatory affairs for product development and improvement projects.

Provide technical regulatory expertise for manufacturing and marketing in the U.S., Canada, and other markets.

Review and approve labeling, advertising, and promotional claims for compliance.

Develop and implement domestic and international regulatory strategies aligned with business goals.

Stay current with regulatory changes; communicate potential impacts to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Train and guide internal partners on applicable regulatory laws and guidelines.

Maintain and manage all regulatory documentation and submissions with accuracy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of regulatory experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s).

Strong knowledge of FDA and Health Canada regulations for cosmetics, OTC, and consumer products.

Hands-on experience with labeling, claims review, and compliance documentation.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

POSITION IS ONSITE, CANDIDATES MUST LIVE DRIVING DISTANCE FROM GLENDALE CALIFORNIA.
