Quality Control Inspector

Provides quality assurance to the manufacturing department, and monitors plastic products to meet company and customer requirements. Maintains quality instructions and all quality inspection criteria. Performs daily dimensional product inspections.

Compensation : $50,000 – $65,000

Skills :

• 2 years of quality inspection experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Perform dimensional inspections on parts using inspection tools
• Proficient with inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gage pins, bore gages, plug / ring gages, thread gages; CMM experience is a plus
• Maintain quality procedures and work instructions
• ISO knowledge and training a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Leadership skills and self-motivation
• Physical ability to bend, reach, walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
