As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Novella, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' wellness stories. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and specialty massages.
  • Tailor each session to meet the individual needs and wellness goals of our clients, ensuring a personalized and transformative experience.
  • Collaborate with our team of skincare and wellness experts to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance overall well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment that reflects the luxurious standards of Novella.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.

Experience

  • Current state license in Massage Therapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and wellness outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated to provide exceptional service.
