• NOTE : This role is seasonal and works from August to approximately May each year. Year-round positions may be offered based on business needs and performance.
• Shift :
• Full time, daylight, 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm
• Production Team Member Responsibilities :
• Participate in the production line and requires placing and or removing items on a moving belt, ensuring the quality of each piece and packing the covered pieces in boxes to be used in other parts of the plant or repackaged for sale
• Other duties include ensuring personal and work area cleanliness and keeping supplies stored according to quality rules and regulations. Minimum record-keeping and reporting may also be required
• Visually inspect the products for quality and size specifications, and test products or packaging before shipping
• Bagging products for distribution, attaching labels, and packaging finished products for shipment or storage.
• Perform routine housekeeping and other cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by the Line Supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines as directed by management
• It requires working in a team atmosphere and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work occasional seasonal overtime
• Perform other duties as directed by the Line Supervisor
• Production Team Member Qualifications :
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as standing / walking for extended periods
• Production experience preferred but not required as on-the-job training is provided
• Standing for an entire shift
• Bending, turning, and reaching
• Compensation :
• $ 16 per hour

This position is not eligible for benefits unless accumulated hours threshold is surpassed per the Employee handbook
