A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist who will support the management of program documentation in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
Support electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) setup, maintenance, and closeout
Collaborate with internal project teams for timely document retrieval and filing
Conduct quality checks and maintain systems for TMF document tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
1 - 2 years of experience in documentation management systems preferred
Familiarity with clinical study documentation and GCP guidelines
Experience with clinical trial electronic databases preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
