Job Summary :
The Small Business Accounting Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the firm's small business and individual clients through accurate tax preparation, strategic tax planning, and financial guidance. This position works closely with the Small Business Accounting Manager to oversee the preparation and review of moderately complex S corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns. The role involves supervising staff accountants and bookkeepers, reviewing client financials for accuracy, and ensuring all engagements are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with professional standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
