Westchester-Putnam TheraTeam is excited to welcome Clinical Fellows to our compassionate, experienced, and collaborative team of pediatric therapists! If youre a recent graduate eager to make a difference in the lives of children while being supported by seasoned professionals, this opportunity is for you.

We specialize in providing high-quality, individualized therapy services to children in home, school, daycare, and community-based settings across Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess & Orange Counties. Our CF program is designed to help you build clinical confidence while receiving strong mentorship in a real-world, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide speech and language therapy to children with a variety of communication needs, including but not limited to speech delays, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing treatment under the supervision of a certified and licensed SLP.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Document progress and maintain thorough, timely clinical notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each childs development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as part of your CF experience.

  • Qualifications :

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for a New York State SLP license and ASHA Clinical Fellowship
  • TSSLD preferred
  • Strong interest in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel between service locations
  • Bilingual is a plus
