Job descriptionPart-Time : $2,500–$5,000+ / month (15–20 hrs / week) Full-Time : $7,000–$12,000+ / month (35–45 hrs / week) Daily commission payouts directly from carriers Performance-based raises every 60 days Bonuses, equity, and trip incentives available Flexible scheduling Remote work Work when and where you want Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll help you) Coachable, self-disciplined, and driven to grow High character and integrity No prior experience in sales or insurance required Help clients secure life insurance coverage based on their needs Follow up with individuals who have requested life insurance info (no cold calling) Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person) Use our proven system to guide your sales and client service W-2 hourly or salaried position Cold calling, door-knocking, or network marketing A corporate job with a cap on income A real opportunity to take control of your income and time A people-first, lead-driven sales system A mentorship-driven team that’s growing fast A business model that rewards performance, not tenure Former teachers, bartenders, real estate agents, managers, stay-at-home parents, coaches, and anyone ready to build something of their own People who value personal development, financial freedom, and meaningful work
