Job Description : \n

Join our highly skilled multidisciplinary team at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI, a leading pediatric medical and surgical center. As an RN in the PICU, you'll provide comprehensive, family-centered care to critically ill children admitted with a diverse range of medical and surgical conditions, including head injuries, neurological disorders, pulmonary and cardiac issues, organ transplants, multi-system organ failure, and ECMO support.

This 21-bed unit offers a state-of-the-art environment designed to foster healing and recovery. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, collaborating with a team of expert pediatric specialists, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

\n

This role involves working night shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 30), with weekends on an every-other-weekend schedule and some holidays. Flexibility to float across units based on staffing needs is required, with primary location at American Family Children's Hospital.
