The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the engine that powers our expansion. This role isn’t about smiling and dialing; it’s about creating opportunities, building relationships, and opening doors with restaurant, bar, and truck stop owners across Illinois.

You’ll learn Challenger-style selling, gain exposure to the gaming and hospitality industry, and directly shape the sales pipeline that fuels Lucky Lincoln’s growth. For someone early in their sales career, this is a chance to move fast, make an impact, and grow into an Account Executive or senior sales role.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Research and target new business opportunities using ILCC license lookups, HubSpot CRM, and industry resources.
• Drive outbound outreach (calls, emails, in-person prospecting) to connect with decision makers.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot.

Lead Qualification & Sales Support

$15K / month).
