Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :Performs analysis of existing personnel and pay services and processes to maintain the intended functionality and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and pay business processes;Performs various types of analyses and develops reports to detail recommendations regarding sustainment through the provision of logistics, financial management, personnel services, and / or other service support to maintain operations until successful mission accomplishment;Provides expertise and assistance in evaluating command business systems to include setting objectives, execution, performance measurements and controls;Assesses emerging requirements for impacts to business processes and prepare correspondence and / or briefs to inform leadership and provide recommendations to meet requirements or alternatives until requirements satisfied.Note : This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.Additional information
