Salary : $135K / yr | Significant Faculty Practice Incentive-Based Revenue

A. Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility is a compassionate, resident-focused long-term care facility dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical and supportive care to our residents. We are seeking a full-time Physician to join our interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional medical oversight for our residents.

In this role, you will :

• Conduct regular rounds and assess residents’ health status.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and support teams to coordinate care.
• Communicate with families regarding residents’ treatment and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to staff.
