A contract position is available for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide healthcare support within a K-12 school environment in Joliet, Illinois. This role is ideal for an LPN or LVN with experience in school nursing who is committed to promoting health, safety, and wellness among students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, including medication administration, first aid, and health assessments
• Monitor and manage student health records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop health plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Promote health education and assist with screenings and immunization compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized health office to support daily health needs and emergencies
