Job descriptionWork 1 : 1 with children in our clinic, school, or home settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills Collect and track data on patient progress Receive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA Paid training and full support to earn your RBT certification Flexible scheduling (daytime shifts, MondayFriday, no weekends) Competitive pay and benefits for both full and part-time positions Collaborative work environment with OT, PT, and ST professionals Opportunities for professional growth and development Individuals who are RBT-certified OR interested in becoming certified Passionate, dependable team players looking to make a difference Those with experience working with children (a plus, but not required) Strong communicators with solid organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent required Must be eligible to work in Arkansas and pass a background check Previous RBT or behavioral health experience is a bonusbut not required Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Professional development assistance A supportive, family-friendly work culture
