Teller Position

As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Louisville, KY at the Hikes Point branch.
The job involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It also involves processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, identifying banking opportunities during the customer interaction and referring as appropriate. The role also involves performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources, and applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, and proactive sales. Competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, and understanding customer needs. No degree or certifications are required for this role.
