IT Support Administrator

Roles andResponsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolveuser desktop issues (hardware / software / access / security / business applications)
  • Escalate issues to Tier3 as needed
  • Build, maintain, anddeploy end-user system images on devices
  • Manage all work in theservice desk ticketing system
  • Provide remote supportfor US & International offices
  • Perform all workaccording to the defined process while keeping pace with fast business growth
  • Assist in developing anddocumenting improvements to current processes
  • Conduct one-on-one andsmall group training to end users on supported technologies
  • Assist in the ordering,receiving, storage, deployment, and retirement of PC assets
  • Work with third-partyvendors to augment the functions of Internal IT
  • Travel periodically tocompany locations

Qualifications :

  • Great interpersonal& customer service skills, and a good team player
  • 2+ years of related ITSupport experience
  • Windows 10troubleshooting
  • One or more PC Imagingtools such as tool (Ghost, Acronis, SCCM, LANDesk, KACE, etc)
  • Good analyticalproblem-solving skills to isolate and resolve problems
  • Experience working froma help desk management system
  • Able to lift andpalletize heavy equipment. (PCs, monitors, and printers)
  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
  • Ability to workindependently and in teams reaching high levels of productivity
  • Comfortable switchingquickly between tasks
  • Demonstrates strongwork ethic
  • Ability to adjust tounforeseen challenges and think independently to continue toward goalresolution
  • Other Special Skills :

  • Office 365 experience
  • iPhone & Android OSconfig & troubleshooting
  • Windows 7 / 10troubleshooting
  • Macintosh support
