As the Senior Vice President of Product Implementation, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of enterprise-wide product deployments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all implementations deliver measurable business outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term value realization. Acting as the single point of accountability for implementation success, you will orchestrate collaboration among product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and quality across all engagements. This is a high-impact executive role that combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands-on delivery oversight in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.

Accountabilities :

  • Define and execute the overall product implementation strategy and operating model to ensure timely, predictable, and value-driven delivery.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, governance frameworks, and performance metrics across all implementation functions.
  • Lead and mentor three key implementation teams : Product SMEs, Business Value, and Functional Implementation.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for all implementation programs, ensuring client satisfaction, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align goals, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee portfolio management of active implementations, driving standardization, scalability, and proactive risk management.
  • Monitor key metrics such as implementation cycle time, cost, client satisfaction, and value realization to ensure consistent excellence.
  • Champion a value-first culture that emphasizes operational improvement, business outcomes, and client success.
  • Represent the implementation organization in executive forums and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product implementation, enterprise delivery, or professional services, ideally within healthcare or complex SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams combining technical, functional, and advisory capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer, provider, or revenue cycle processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute implementation strategies that deliver predictable, high-value outcomes.
  • Exceptional governance, program management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Strategic yet execution-oriented mindset, capable of balancing scalability with delivery precision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership presence, with the ability to inspire and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
