Job description
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager - Treatment Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize national treatment guidelines to document, track, and evaluate treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Request and secure detailed treatment plans from medical providers, serving as the primary point of accountability for plan documentation
Verify that all billed services directly correspond to the approved treatment plan, flagging discrepancies for review
Required Qualifications
Education : Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years clinical practice preferred; Workers' compensation-related experience preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, must be in good standing
Must have reliable internet
