Role Overview And Responsibilities

This is a senior-level role where you will support our regional sites to oversee the entire supply chain operation to ensure the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with company objectives.

Areas of responsibility include :

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of global supply chain activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage and mentor the supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic sourcing : Ability to secure the best suppliers and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
• Process improvement : Continuous optimization of the supply chain process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Risk management : Ability to identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans including the roll out of the Group Risk Management Project.
• Sustainability Management of the Group sustainability project from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Cost Management Projects.
• Underpin and develop our digital procurement portal (Vendigital) ensuring site adherence.

Key Suppliers, VP P&C, Regional SVPs, Site Directors, Regional Procurement Leads.
