A well-established Private Equity firm is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join its finance team. Key responsibilities include performing daily cash reconciliations, managing accounts payable processes, overseeing accounts receivable operations, coordinating monthly expense submissions, supporting the transition to improved spend management platforms, developing scalable financial processes, ensuring accurate quarterly expense submissions, preparing and issuing quarterly expense invoices, managing journal entries, coordinating tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting, familiarity with fund structures, strong understanding of accounting principles, demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or CPA candidate preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software.
